Buying gold from us for the first time? This illustrated guide walks you through every screen you will see — from picking a product to completing payment — including how to use a discount voucher.
Follow these 8 steps from login to completed payment. The button names below match exactly what you see on our site.
Click Login / Register on the top bar. If you are new, register first — your cart and orders are tied to your account.
Open LoginUse the New, Preloved, Gold Bar, or Silver & Jewel Ring menu. You can also type an item name in the search box.
Open the product and check the weight (gram), gold type, and price. Zoom the photos to inspect the item, especially for Preloved.
Click Add to Cart. Each gold item is a single unit, so the piece is marked as reserved for you.
Open My Cart. Items are reserved for a limited time — complete payment before the countdown ends, otherwise the cart is cleared automatically.
Open My CartA shipping address is required. Click Add shipping address and fill in your name, phone number, full address, postcode, and state.
Click Proceed To Checkout, then choose a Payment Method (ToyyibPay, Billplz, or manual bank transfer) and a delivery method.
Click the Pay RM … button and complete the payment. Once done, your order appears under My Orders with its delivery status.
Open My OrdersVouchers are applied inside My Cart, before checkout. Pick a listed voucher, or type your own code.
Add items to your cart, then open My Cart. Scroll to the Discount Codes box — every active voucher is listed there.
Open My CartEach card shows the discount value, the code, and terms such as Min. spend and the expiry date. Click Apply Discount Voucher on the card you want.
If you received a code by WhatsApp or a promotion, type it under Have another code? then click Apply Coupon.
You will see Applied voucher: CODE and a Coupon Discount row in the price summary. The Total drops by the discount amount.
Click Proceed To Checkout. The discount carries through to payment, so the amount on the Pay RM … button already includes it.
